This space is amazing! Our team came here for some in depth planning meetings and we got to use two different office spaces - both had white boards, a conference room table, and hookups for presenting on screen. There are also shared spaces (with coffee, tea, & snacks!) and individual desks to use. It’s a calm space and the colors make it feel bright and energetic, plus the staff is so kind! Highly recommend using this space for work, either for a team or as an individual (:

My therapist is moving to a different location, which I can handle, but unfortunately Scott Koop is not going with her! Scott is a treasure to have as a receptionist, front desk gentleman, greeter, whatever we want to call him...he rises to the occasion. His perception skills manage to make everyone feel welcome and taken care of. I will miss him.

I love using Office Evolution for my psychotherapy practice. The office has a professional ambience, the front desk staff is professional, friendly, caring, and supportive. I enjoy being around other professionals during the workday so that I can poke my head out of the office and interact with interesting people! It is a good situation for me and my clients!

Updating my review now that I've been in my office for six months--I still love it here and am sad to leave (due to moving out of Lakewood). Anytime I needed anything, Scott was quick to help, and my clients love him. Everybody has been so friendly and welcoming. Whenever I've had questions or random issues pop up (like furniture I ordered not being delivered to the office), they've helped me out, even loaning me a furnished office when I needed it. When I've had visitors or clients come in they've commented on how nice this place is, and I completely agree!

So my girlfriend has an office in the building. The front desk gentleman named Scott Koop is the best. He keeps a kind of candy my girl absolutely loves (and I can’t seem to find) stocked just for her. He always greets me with a smile and a hello. He’s just a kind hearted, and welcoming gentleman!!! Thank you Scott for everything!!!!

Stop searching for office solutions—Office Evolution is the place! We've been with OE on South Teller Street for about 5 years now, and we couldn’t be happier. Scott and Katie, in particular, deserve a huge thank you for their professionalism, dedication, and kindness. This company is truly run by people who understand excellent customer service and use common sense in everything they do. I have had a great experience as a new office tenant @ Office Evolution Belmar, the past 3 months as I settle the needs of my recently sold business while ramping up my small 2nd business. I’ve been renting space at Office Evolution in Lakewood since December 2021, and I highly recommend it. Many clients have complimented the welcoming and attractive common area. My individual office is also very nice, offering a beautiful mountain view. The pricing is competitive, in my opinion, but what really stands out is the exceptional service at the front desk. Office Manager Scott Koop goes above and beyond — whether you need a fresh battery for your wireless mouse or a replacement desk chair (provided at no charge), he ensures it’s taken care of. Guests are consistently treated with courtesy and professionalism, making a great impression. Having spent my career in various office environments, I’m used to encountering office gossip and complaints. That’s simply not the case at Office Evolution Lakewood. The atmosphere is calm, positive, and supportive. Mr. Koop fosters a workplace where kindness and helpfulness are the norm. While I didn’t personally attend the office parties, I’ve heard they’re a fantastic way to connect and build relationships. It’s truly a pleasure to work in such a serene and friendly environment.
